Hey, Space Cadets! When I’m not writing reviews for this fine website, I co-host the Blasters & Blades Podcast.
We had a fun chat on my show with some of the book reviewers of Upstream Reviews. We talked about what makes a good book and what we look for when picking our next read. Then, we dove into our own personal favorite books and why we loved them.
Finally, we chat about the importance of book reviews and why we write them. This was a fun interview, so check it out. Lend us your eyes and ears; you won’t be sorry!!

So I watched this podcast, and then bought "Pilgrims and Time Travelers" because I wanted to read "A Hill on Which to Die" by Joe Vasicek, based on JR Handley's recommendation. Just a note: it doesn't appear possible to buy the short story separately, as it apparently once was.
I have tears in my eyes since reading this. Brutal, but ... yes, I can believe it all. And ... well, other thoughts, but they'd give away the ending. Just ... if I could ever write like that ....
