I love this series! Read it a few years ago and was actually just thinking about it last month. Lots of fun, and Cal's arc from failed, washed-up barely-a-supervillain to where he ends up completely works and is totally believable.
The story is very entertaining and the fights are intense. It was a page turner that drew me in and made me root for the underdog. Could not over recommend this book to those that crave anti-hero fiction.
